As a postpartum doula, my role is to mother the mother.
Whether it is your first baby or fifth, my role is to support you as your family grows.

Emotional Support
Postpartum is one of the hardest transitions we go through. It's normal to need some extra emotional support during this time. Most of us don't live near our support systems, and that makes a challenging time even more challenging. Let me be the kind, empathetic listener you need during this time.
Household Chores
Dishes piled up from breakfast? Laundry need folded? Does your pantry need restocked? Household chores can be difficult to complete with a newborn. I will be happy to help with dishes, laundry, and even picking up groceries.
Nutritious Food Prep & Education
Mama's gotta eat, and it needs to be nutritious! I would love to work with you in the kitchen to prep and prepare healthy meals that provide yummy grab and go leftovers.
Process Your Birth Story
Birthing a child is one of the most profound transitions women go through. No matter how birth happens, it demands processing. I would love to have a cup of coffee or tea with you and discuss your birth with you, and even write it down, so you have a record of your birth story.
Assist with Infant Care
Do you need to take a walk by yourself? Take a shower? Eat a quiet meal? Let me hold or wear the baby while you do what you need to do to feel good. We can also discuss how yoga and mindfulness can help you postpartum and beyond.
Provide Medical Referrals
I am happy to provide referrals to therapists, lactation consultants, etc if more support is needed
There is never any shame in seeking more support. Should a greater need arise, I can refer you to lactation consultants, therapists, etc.
Because I believe that doula care should allow for flexibility, I offer punchcards packages.
You can purchase a three, six, or twelve visit punchcard. Each visit is a three hour shift. You can use the visit on your punchcard during the first six months postpartum. You may also purchase a la carte hours at a twenty dollar per hour rate.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
