Mandy has been helping me with individual yoga sessions for a myriad of issues I’ve had for over a decade. From chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, to anxiety/PTSD, and insomnia. Mandy personalized each session to help me feel more calm and relaxed throughout the day, and also gave me other tools to ease my mind to fall asleep better. I usually don’t have the time to attend a yoga class, so having Mandy offer individual sessions in various places, is very helpful. She is also a joy to hang out with, and very knowledgeable in adjusting moves/positions to your capabilities.
