Hi, I’m Mandy!
Thanks for stopping by—I’m so glad you’re here! Since 2022, I’ve been sharing the practice of yoga, earning my 200-hour certification at YAM in Hendersonville, NC, and my 300-hour certification with Vira Bhava Yoga School. Currently, I’m deepening my knowledge through yoga therapy training at The Optimal State.
Yoga has taught me that it’s more than just movement—it’s a way to build self-awareness, find balance, and live with intention. My passion is using yoga therapy to support women through mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, postpartum transitions, and birth trauma.
As a mom, I’ve walked this road myself and know how isolating it can feel. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to creating a compassionate space for moms to feel seen, heard, and supported.
When I’m not teaching or guiding yoga therapy sessions, you’ll find me enjoying the beauty of Asheville and Hendersonville, baking with my family, or lost in a good book.
